You are invited to a workshop on “Natural Medicine and Daily Health Practices.” This online session will examine the principles of natural medicine, drawing inspiration from the Huang Di Nei Jing (Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic), and will integrate various health tools such as exercise, vitamins and supplements.

This workshop is targeting those wishing to to learn simple and applicable tools of traditional medicine that can integrate into everyday life.

The workshop will cover:

  • Breathing Techniques: Examination of methods that promote physiological and psychological well-being.

  • Sleep Quality: Evidence-based strategies for moving towards better sleep and restorative rest.

  • Movement Integration: Approaches to incorporating beneficial physical activities into daily routines.

  • Chinese Herbal Medicines and Teas: Analysis of traditional herbal remedies and their contemporary applications.

  • Wound Care Practices: Comparative study of ancient and modern methods for effective wound management.

This workshop is designed to provide participants with practical and theoretical knowledge to support their natural health practices. The goal is to bridge the wisdom of ancient traditions with contemporary wellness approaches, offering an overview in both the academic study and practical application of traditional medicine.
